1. How to use thermal printer to print picking lists, packing lists and mailing labels?

You may choose to connect to thermal or A4 laser printers to print the picking lists, packing lists and mailing labels according to the actual needs.

I. Install the printer driver on the computer.

II. Y ou may edit the printer name for easier recognition.

1.1 Print the Picking/ Packing List

Picking List –

It is suggested to use the A4 laser printer to print a summary of all orders.

Packing List –

It is suggested to use the thermal printer to print packing lists and distribute to the packing department to handle .

I. Two types of printers, thermal printer and A4 laser printer, are provided in the steps of printing picking/ packing lists.
Choosing the thermal printer:

III. Change the target printer to the connected thermal printer.

IV. Please be aware of the paper size and proportion.

V. Click < Print >. Repeat the above steps until the order is fulfilled.

1.2 Print the Mailing Label

Mailing Label –

1. G enerally, the size of the labels for the thermal printer is 10 x 10 cm. Thermal printers are suggested for printing mailing labels when using Hong Kong Post EC-Ship to ship to the United States. 

2. Without the Custom Declaration Form, the labels are shorter, so the mailing labels for packages without tracking numbers may employ thermal printers.

3. Mailing Labels for Chunghwa Post are in A5 size. You may use A5 papers to print those.

I. When you have retrieved tracking numbers for the packages and want to print the mailing labels in bulk, click < Print Mailing Label >.

II. Choose the suitable paper size to print the labels. You may select < E-Print(10x10) > for using thermal printers. (Note that it is only available for the service “ e-Express to US ” of EC-Ship in Hong Kong Post)

III. The t wo page s label , with a size 10 x 10cm, has been arranged. Select the thermal printer and click the < Print > button.

IV . Layouts for A4 printers are available.  Choose < 2 labels per page (A4) > and < 3 labels per page (A4) > (Note that it is only available for the service “ e-Express to US ” of EC-Ship in Hong Kong Post)

V. Mailing Labels of the Chunghwa Post are in A5 size. A layout with A5 paper size is available. Choose A5 in the paper size option:

V. Different layouts of mailing label are displayed according to your choice. You may use the printing labels to print them.

2.   How to use the barcode scan to import the tracking numbers?

When you employ the shipping service with which SoldEazy does not provide, you may import the tracking numbers by barcode scanner or uploading with excel. All the logistics information can then manage them in one-stop.

I. Connect the bar code scanner with a USB interface to the computer.

II. In the step “ Individual Packing”, you may click the < On Screen Packing > button. Scan the mailing label and input the tracking number and postage.

VI. Repeat the above steps.

3. How to input the package weight with an electronic pound?

You may connect an electronic pound with the computer. Input the package weight via the pound.

I. Connect the electronic pound to the computer

II. U se the pound to input package weight in the step < On Screen Packing > or < Package Profile >

III. Click the < Save > button to continue with the order fulfillment process.
