04 General flows & knowledge for SFC warehouse fulfillment via SoldEazy

Go to Channel > Shipping Channel , add SFC warehouse fulfillment account (orange color icon).

Fill in the fields according to the user’s SFC warehouse fulfillment API certificate.

After creating an SFC fulfillment account, SoldEazy will generate warehouses that match your SFC fulfillment warehouse info.

SFC has designated name of warehouse such as ‘SHENZHEN’, ‘GERMANY’, ‘DONGGUAN’, ‘HONGKONG’ etc, SoldEazy will match these names in SoldEazy system for synchronizing stock level.

Go to Inventory > Warehouse Master , new warehouses can be found here, the warehouses cannot be deleted, and are available for all eBay sites by default.

1: Warehouse Name: exactly the name of those warehouse names in SFC backend
2: Warehouse Description: description for internal reference, SFC warehouse description is generated automatically with default information 
3: Warehouse Location: the location of warehouse, for internal reference
4: eBay Site: an SFC warehouse is by default available for all eBay sites

SoldEazy will also generate sample package profiles for your reference.

Go to ShipEazy > Package Profiles , you will see newly generated sample profiles here

Click Edit button on the right of each profile, you will see the details of each sample profile, and you can also change the sample info to the real shipping info of yourself.

User must activate  the plan for SFC warehouse and input SKU info and SKU stock level in SFC warehouse first.

After linking up SFC warehouse fulfillment account successfully, you will need to go through a step to trigger stock level synchronization in SoldEazy inventory system.

01 SKU Master & Stock Level

The excel should look like this:

1: SKU name must match those in SFC warehouse
2: warehouse name must match the name specified in SoldEazy warehouse system, but you can choose whichever existing SFC warehouse name here. This excel uploading process aims only to trigger a stock level update action, it won't make any differences which warehouse name you use.
3: stock level number can be any number, this process is only for triggering a stock level update action, it will not make any difference for a number of 0 or a number of 300, the system will retrieve the actual stock level from SFC, not the number in excel.
4:  You can use "update", "deduction" or "addition" here. T his process is only for triggering a stock level update action, it will not make any difference for any of the three options, system will retrieve the actual stock level rather than update/ deduct/ add. 

"stock level upload" for existing SKUs will update the stock level in SFC warehouses, and "stock level upload" for SKUs not registered in SoldEazy will create SKU entries in SoldEazy automatically and update stock level for these SKUs in SFC warehouses . 

When the above procedure is complete, the inventory system will retrieve the stock level from your SFC warehouse in 15 minutes.

Go to   Inventory > Product Master > Product Maintenance , click the stock level icon   to see stock level details.

Go to ShipEazy > Package Profile , add a new package profile

Profile Name: Give this profile a name for future use.

Shipping Carrier: SFC Warehouse Fulfillment.

Shipping Method: Select the method according to the destination of the package. That is, if the user will post the buyer’s package to Indonesia, then this profile should be used only for this country(Please select this information form the dropdown list for Shipping Method).

Click " Create ", you will go to editing mode for more details of this profile, please be noticed that the creation is not finished yet, you will need to fill in all the required columns and save, this profile will not be valid until you do so.

Warehouse: Select the warehouse for this profile – the product stock quantity will be deducted in this warehouse. 

Items in the order:
The product SKU in SoldEazy must match the SKU in SFC warehouses.

Go to ShipEazy > Sales Order > All Orders, and click for details of your order

Back in SFC fulfillment warehouse, DONGGUAN warehouse SKU 1205TEST06 is available and stock quantity is 93.
Its SKU matches that in SoldEazy.

If the available stock is not enough for deduction, and you choose to use SFC fulfillment package profile and deduct stock quantity from SFC warehouse, the request will be regarded as Abnormal, no tracking number will be generated later.

Go to ShipEazy > Sales Order > All Orders , select the order you wan to process, then generate package for orders.

Select the required Package Profile for the destination.

Generate and confirm package for this order, then you can go to 
Package > All packages to process package.
Bulk process packages or choose one package to process alone.

Input weight, save weight info and click “Generate Tracking Number”

A pop-up box saying “SFC order created with no tracking number generated yet.” appears, it is the correct message.

An order number from the SFC will be generated immediately.
This is because the order will be generated firstly, then a tracking number will be assigned soon upon SoldEazy’s request.

SoldEazy system will request for the tracking regularly, so after some time, a tracking number will be generated in the back-end and showed in the front-end.

 A tracking number is generated but please note that(in this case) the status is “Pending Submit“(for this status, SFC haven’t packed the items yet.)
