How to add shipping channel for eBay e-Express & EC-Ship

1. Link up e-Express account:
   Please go to the page below

   https://shippingtool.ebay.com.hk/UserManager/eBayUserManager.html

   Please use the info in the capture to complete SoldEazy shipping channel account link-up

   

2. Create package profile using E-Express account
   Please go to ShipEazy > Package Profile , click create package profile and select shipping carrier & shipping method like below
   Shipping Carrier: EC-Ship(eBay e-Express)
   Shipping Method: e-Express
   

   

Please input your username or email address when adding a shipping channel in SoldEazy,

EC-Ship has two sets of accounts: Hongkong Post ID and EC-Ship Username. Please find from your EC-ship portal to understand your account type and link up with SoldEazy accordingly.

if you do not know your username, please refer to the capture below

Please use the user name to complete link-up process in SoldEazy, you will receive an email in the EC-Ship account registered email, please click the verification link in the email in time , or the process may fail.

Because an EC-Ship account can only be used for linking up once only, please do not remove your EC-Ship account in Shipping Channel, or this account may be invalid after being deleted, you might need to go to Hong Kong Post website to register a new EC-Ship account for linking up.
