Type of Encoding needed in the CSV File?
1. Type of Encoding needed in the CSV File?

When uploading a csv file to SoldEazy, you must ensure that the text is encoded using UTF-8. If you are not sure, you can open the csv file with your computer, then click “save as”, select "All" as format for saving, and select “UTF-8” as encoding Unicode characters.

Please beware that the csv file cannot be modified and saved before being saved as UTF-8 encoding format. If you saved the file as other encoding format, data might be lost and might not be restored.

Possible usage of csv file: Fitment table upload, Datasheet upload, Inventory upload.
