Keep One Active

Keep One Active is a function to relist the ended listing automatically for all listing which has GTC, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days as setting, ended intentionally or unintentionally. After the ended items auto-relist onto eBay, this listing will be considered as a new listing with a new item number. The sale record of the original ended listing will be cleared. You may get your listing record of Relist from Active Listing à Listing History.

Go to Channel > Sales Channel, click on  (gear wheel). The Default Setting will show you the three options for Auto Refill: Yes/ According to SKU/ No.

If you select “ Yes ”, the system will help you to perform the function of Auto Refill for the whole eBay account  to get back to the original quantity specified in datasheet when a BIN item from this account got sold.

If you select “ According to SKU ”, you should go to Inventory > Product Master > Product Maintenance to set up whether an individual item goes with the Auto Refill by using its own  SKU.

If you select “ No ”, the system will NOT  help the quantity gets back to the original number automatically. When an item got sold, the quantity will be decreased by its quantity sold.

 

3. O.S. (Out of Stock)

O.S. Out of Stock

There is an eBay function for Out of Stock setting.

If you don’t turn on this function, when the quantity of an item sold out, or the duration of this listing has expired, it will be ended automatically, and its sale record will be cleared.

If you turn on this function, a BIN GTC item sold out, the status will be O.S (Out of Stock) when the quantity turns to 0. The buyer cannot find it in search results. Its eBay item page is still there and valid. When the seller synchronizes up with nonzero listing quantity, the same listing will reappear in searches, all sale record of the original listing are kept.

However, eBay will end the listing if it stays out-of-stock for more than 90 days .

There is the corresponding function of Out of Stock in SoldEazy system. You may go to Channel > Sales Channel , click on , then, turn on Out of Stock Setting. When you turn it on, the GTC item with quantity 0 will be hidden automatically (O.S.). The item page will be reactivated after restocking its quantity.

 

There is a further function, Auto stock-level trigger OS function (Auto OS), for setting up  Out of Stock. This function is related to Stock Level in SoldEazy inventory setting, you need to adjust SoldEazy inventory stock level in order to trigger related some effects you want for your listings. When the seller updates manually the inventory to 0 or a certain safety stock level, the listings will be out of stock or ends automatically according to your setting.

Auto stock-level trigger OS function (Auto OS) relies on the Inventory of SoldEazy. The inventory control can trigger the quantity update of active listing, set it to be out of stock when stock level reaches certain number. Inversely, the quantity of active listing does NOT change the quantity of inventory.

 

Let’s explore how to set up Out of Stock in SoldEazy to get your ideal result.

Let the quantity of some SKU for an GTC item be x, and the quantity of UK, US and other sites be x.

1. Turn on Out of Stock  (the button will be blue); turn off Auto OS ; turn off Auto Refill .

i. There is a set-up for SKU inventory  and you’ve updated the stock level to 0. There will be NO impact on the quantity of those listings with this SKU. Those listings are still active on eBay. It is necessary to reduce the quantity to 0 by selling items to get hidden.

ii. There is NO   set-up for SKU inventory . Those listings are active on eBay until this item got sold out and hidden automatically

2. Turn on Out of Stock  (the button will be blue); turn on Auto OS ; turn off Auto Refill .

i. There is a set-up for SKU inventory  and you’ve updated the stock level to 0. The quantity of those listings with this SKU will be reduced to 0 and hidden automatically.

ii. There is NO set-up for SKU inventory . The listings remain active on eBay until all items are sold out, the quantity reaches 0. Then, the product will be hidden automatically.

3. Turn on Out of Stock  (the button will be blue); turn off Auto OS ; Turn on Auto Refill .

i. There is a set-up for SKU inventory  and you’ve updated the stock level to 0. There will be NO impact  on the quantity at all since the quantity is always getting back to the original number x right after it is sold.

ii. There is NO set-up for SKU inventory . There will be NO impact  on the quantity since the quantity is always getting back to the original number x when it is sold to maintain the stock level as x.

4. Turn on Out of Stock  (the button will be blue); turn on Auto OS ; turn on Auto Refill .

i. There is a set-up for SKU inventory . The quantity is getting back to x when the item is sold. However, if you update the stock level to 0, the system will update the quantity of active listings with this SKU to 0. Then, these listings will be automatically hidden.

ii. There is NO set-up for SKU inventory . There will be NO impact  on the quantity since the quantity is always getting back to the original number x when it is sold to maintain the stock level as x.

Note:

Setting for Out of Stock: ChannelàSales ChannelàGear à Out of Stock.  

For GTC listings only.

Turn off Out of Stock: the listings will be no longer GTC; it will be ended at the end of 30 days automatically.
