Have set up schedule correctly and assigned datasheets to schedule, but not all of them are listed successfully?
  1. schedule time / time slot isn't set right
    i. The schedule times, both starting and ending, are pointing to the time of eBay site. However if you are looking at the listing time in Listing History page, it is a Beijing / Hong Kong(GMT+8) local time.
ii. Do NOT assign your datasheets to schedule after the schedule time slot has started.
  2.  There are no datasheets assigned to this schedule
    i. When all datasheets are listed with this schedule once, and the box of "Re-post one after another when ALL items in the profile are listed" is not checked, the delisted listings will not be relisted to eBay according to this schedule.
ii. There is no datasheet assigned to this schedule. You may find the number of listings assigned to this schedule in Tools > Scheduler > Listing Schedule. It will show you how many listings are assigned to the schedule.
  3. Duration for listing schedule is less than 1 minute.
    i. Schedule ending time cannot be 00:00, because there is no earlier time than 00:00. It may cause the duration for listing time to be less than 1 minute.
ii. Schedule ending time cannot be earlier than schedule starting time. This may cause a negative number for the duration of listing time.
  4. Error from setting up the quantity of listings for the schedule
The quantity of listings set up for the schedule must be an integer more than or equal to 1. Otherwise, this task will not be performed.
  5. Error from setting up time slot
eg: There are 180 datasheets scheduled to be listed from 10:00 to 12:00. In the end, there are only 120 listings can be successfully listed.

Answer: Duration is 120 minutes. The number of listings is 180. The average number of datasheets to be listed is 1.5 datasheets/min. But the system can only use integer to list items. Therefore, 1.5 listing/min equals to 1 listing/min. As a result, only 120 listings can be listed successfully.
