How to add eBay Product ID (ePID) to the datasheet?

1. My product does not have Global Trade Item Number（GTIN），how can I search and add ePID？
   Login to SoldEazy，go to Listing > Datasheet > Datasheet Maintenance ,

   

   Find out the datasheet you need to revise and click the pencil icon to go to edit mode

    

   Choose the first part <Listing Basic> 

   

    

   Click the magnifier in <eBay Catalog/UPC/EAN/ISBN> area on the below to search the available eBay ePID 

   

   Under the condition without any GTIN message, the system will automatically use the item title/description/item specifics to search by default, and the result is as follows

   

    

   Click <Sell this product> to select the corresponding ePID and the system will fill it to the corresponding position automatically

   

    

   The user can also choose whether to include Stock Photo and Catalog Specific. 
   Click <Save and verify> after finishing 

   

    
   **In different eBay site, even the same product, the ePID is different. You must search and add it  again.

    

2. My product has Global Trade Item Number（GTIN），how can I search and add ePID？
   Refer to the first few steps of 'does not have GTIN', find out the < eBay Catalog/UPC/EAN/ISBN>，fill in the product UPC/EAN/ISBN and click the magnifier icon or <Find in the eBay Catalog> to search

   

   The system will search refer to the GTIN number entered by the user, and the results are as follows

   

   Click <Sell this product> to select the corresponding ePID and the system will fill it to the corresponding position automatically

   

   The user can also choose whether to include S tock  Photo and Catalog Specific. 
   Click <Save and verify> after finishing 
      
   ** In different eBay site,  even  the same product, the ePID is different. You must search and add it  again.
3. How to add ePID to multi-variation options?
   If your datasheet is multi-variation, please go to <Variations> and click <Find in the eBay Catalog>
   

   

   If the option does not have GTIN（UPC/ EAN/ ISBN/ MPN）, then the system will use item title/description/item specifics to search, the results are as follows
   If your product already has been filled in with GTIN, then the system will use GTIN to search automatically 
    
   

If you cannot find the product you sell in the eBay standard product warehouse, or you find the inaccurate or incomplete eBay standard product message, and you can provide those product detail information, you can try to create/modify eBay standard product through SoldEazy. After eBay approve it, you can use that standard product ePID.  

Login to SoldEazy，go to  Listing > Datasheet > Datasheet Maintenance,   

Find out the datasheet you need to revise and click the pencil icon to go to edit mode

Click the <+Create ePID> of <eBay Catalog/UPC/EAN/ISBN> area on the below 

A form for adding eBay standard products will pop up on the page. The system will automatically use that data in the datasheet to fill in the form. The datasheet fields involved are: item title, UPC, EAN, item specifics, G picture, text description 01

Click <Submit> and submit the application. After submitting, you can click <create ePID> again and see the examination progress of adding/modifying product message request. 

If the application approved, the user can search and use this ePID in SoldEazy.

**The same product in different site needs to apply for eBay standard product ID separately
