01 SKU Master & Stock Level

1. How to create a new SKU?

I.        After login to SoldEazy, go to Inventory > Product Master > Product Maintence

II.          Click the <Create a new SKU> button.

III.            Fill in the SKU basic information. If the field is not applicable, you may leave it blank. Click the < S ave > button when you finished editing

Safety Level : Auto OS will be triggered if the product listing quantity meets the safety level.

For example: Safety Level: 38. SoldEazy will hide the listing when their listing quantity drops to 38.

*If you leave the field blank, the triggered quantity of auto OS is 0.

Item Enabled : Allow SoldEazy to access the information of this SKU (Recommend: YES)

IV.         Click the < save > button if you finished editing. A new SKU is created

2. How to create new SKU in bulk?

V.     Login to SoldEazy. Go to   Inventory > Product Master > SKU Master Upload.

I.                     Click the < SKU Master File > to download a standard upload format

II.                   Revise the sample excel file and input your SKU details. Click the < Save > button to save the file.

III.                 Click the < Choose File > button in SKU Master Upload . Choose the appropriate one and click <Upload >.

IV.                 When the upload job is completed, the new SKU is appeared in SKU Master

3. How to add a new warehouse?

I.                     Login to SoldEazy. Go to Inventory > Warehouse Master .

II.                   Click the < Create a Warehouse > button

III.                 Fill up the warehouse details. Click ＜ S AVEAS >

IV.                 Click < Edit > if you want to revise the warehouse.

4. How to update the warehouse inventory?

I.                     Login to SoldEazy. Go to Inventory > Product Master .

II.                   Search for the SKU requiring modification. Click to edit it.

III.                 Fill up the inventory details in the appropriate box and click the < S ave ＞ button.

IV.                 The stock level in the SKU Master is updated

5. How to update the inventory in bulk?

I.             Login to SoldEazy and go to Inventory > Stock Management > SKU Stock Level Upload

II.           Download the sample < SKU Stock Level File >

III.         Input your inventory details according to the sample format.

IV.         Go to SKU Master Upload . Choose the revised excel file and click the < Upload > button.

V.           Error message will be displayed if the file is failed to upload.

VI.         If the upload is successful, the stock levels in Datasheet Maintenance and Online Listings are updated.
